How do I find my product?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I create an account?
1) Click the "Register" link at the top right of our site.
2) Enter your information.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

When will my order ship?
Most of our products ship within 2 business days after placing your order. We can't guarantee that every item will be in stock. Items that are not currently in stock will be placed on backorder. If this occurs you will be given the opportunity to cancel or change your order.

When will my order arrive?
Most clothing is in stock and ships within 24 – 48 hours, delivered according to your selected shipping method. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be available from the shipping company. I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Do you charge tax?
We collect Sales Tax for shipment to addresses in the Puerto Rico. The tax rate is 7.0%.

Do you accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards?
We accept credit card payments through Paypal, or you can also complete your checkout using your Paypal account. Select which of these you would like to use, then enter the credit card number, expiration month and expiration year. To further protect your privacy, we do not store any credit card information, and process all checkout related transactions using Paypal’s security.

Is my personal information secure?
We believe in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on our site. It is our policy to not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, or address to any third parties.
