Return Policy

Exoterica stands behind the quality of our merchandise. While we take special care during our packaging, please inspect your order carefully. If you have any damages or a quantity/size discrepancy, please let us know within 5 business days. We will gladly replace any damaged item that is returned within a 30 day period.

You must have a return authorization issued by Exoterica before returning your package. Returns for garments that have been worn, correctly shipped or do not have the Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please note that closeout or sale merchandise will not be subject to return. We do not issue any cash refunds.
